A private, trauma-informed coaching process for couples working through betrayal and early recovery. Drawing directly from the Help Them Heal model by Carol Jurgenson Sheets, this work focuses on empathy development, emotional regulation, and rebuilding relational trust through education, boundaries, and accountability, 

This program follows the specific methodology developed and taught by Carol Jurgenson Sheets (“Carol the Coach”), and I’m currently under her direct supervision as part of my ongoing ERCEM certification process. (Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model)

Length of program; varies depending upon progress.
